我们正在推进制造端的数字化与智能化升级，将 AI 能力（视觉检测、大模型、Agent、数据挖掘，工业互联IOT等）融入供应链与生产运营场景，需要一位既懂技术实现、又理解制造业业务逻辑的核心成员，从 0 到 1 推动 AI 及数字化场景落地。
你将负责什么
AI 场景落地：将 AI 能力（视觉、大模型、Agent 等）应用到实际制造/供应链业务中，完成从 POC 到生产部署的完整闭环 系统开发与迭代： 参与或主导内部数字化工具（MES/ERP/WMS 相关模块）的设计、开发、测试与部署 跨部门项目推进：与工艺、品质、供应链等业务团队对接需求，主导或参与跨部门数字化项目的全流程交付 技术选型与架构：参与技术方案设计，推动现有系统的技术栈演进与优化
我们希望你具备
必备能力：
扎实的编程基础，精通以下至少一种语言的全栈开发能力：
Java — 现有核心系统的维护与迭代 Python — AI/数据相关开发 C# — 工控/上位机相关场景
熟悉前后端开发及主流框架，有完整项目交付经历
良好的跨职能沟通表达能力，熟悉敏捷/项目管理的基本流程
强自驱力，能在模糊需求下主动定义问题和推进解决
加分项（满足越多越优先）：
AI 实战经验：有大规模 AI 应用落地经历，如视觉检测、大模型应用/微调/训练、Agent 开发、数据标注、数据挖掘等
制造业背景：了解供应链管理或工厂运营，能快速理解业务场景
精益/质量方法论：熟悉精益生产或 6Sigma，有实际项目经验
工业技术栈：了解工业互联网、IoT、智能制造相关技术或有项目经验
制造业系统：熟悉 MES、ERP、WMS 等系统的使用或开发
项目管理经验：有领导跨部门复杂项目并完成闭环的经历
全流程实践：熟悉数字化项目从需求对接到运维的完整生命周期，熟练使用 Git、Confluence、Linux、Docker，Coding Agent等工具
基本要求
本科及以上学历，自动化、智能制造、计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先
具备良好的自我管理意识
