Requirements
- Minimum 5years of working experience in same position or other similar area, in foreign company is preferred
- Minimum qualification on Bachelor degree or above in electrical/electronic engineering
(a)Experience in electrical hardware some software design and good knowledge of electrical and electromechanical materials and components
(b)Proficient in switch power supply or transformer designing, familiar with power supply and transformer graphic.
(c)Good knowledge of PC board design and development. Skill at Altium is preferred.
(d)Strong analytical and hands on skills.
(e)Good troubleshooter and problem solver.
(f) Work experience in power supply field is a must.
(g)Experience and formal training in lean manufacturing and 6 sigma disciplines.
(h)Performs DFMEA and can put together control plans.
(i)English communication is a must.
Responsibilities
(a)New product design and development and product improvement
(b)Design analysis and evaluation of electrical circuits.
(c)Reviews Customer’s specifications and requirements and applies them in the designs and procurement documentation as required.
(d)Handles engineering projects from both the administrative and technical sides. Responsible for the planning and scheduling of the project and the associated budgets.
(e)Prepares and runs design review meetings.
(f)Supports Operations and Quality on manufacturing, Customer and Supplier issues.
(g)Reviews, checks and critiques other designs.
(h)Prepares technical and cost proposals and makes technical presentations of new designs to Customers
(i) Prepares design verification and process validation test plans and may be responsible for conducting these tests.
(j) Drawing and BOM release.
