Job Title - Senior Director and above level, Key Account Large Pharma, North America
Work Location - Work from home/Remote
Responsibilities
- Focus on driving commercial launch, and commercial manufacturing into WuXi Biologics global manufacturing assets
- A key leader and influencer in the Business Development organization
- Managing and cross selling into large pharma key accounts
- Mapping out all service touch points and driving revenue across our value chain to expand the Key Account business for WuXi Biologics
- All services and modalities need to be managed with expert CMC and BU heads aligned for optimum value add with the large pharma key accounts
- Responsible for providing strong cross functional leadership within the Global Business Development team, aligning and working with local BD across regions
- Works closely with the WuXi Biologics leadership team and operations to develop the right strategies and tactics to meet the contract targets for the Global Business Development team
- Responsible for managing all aspects of the customer relationship management, including regional dashboards, metrics and KPIs to measure performance against
- Reports into VP and Head of North America BD.
Qualifications
- At least 10+ years experience of dealing with large pharma and commercial contract negotiations.
- Established network in North America for large pharma accounts and key decision makers
- At least 10 years of successful sales and territory management experience within the CMO / CRO space.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong gravitas and relationship building skills
- Listening and empathy demonstrated
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure.
- Demonstrated success at managing multiple opportunities and projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and to exhibit effective interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English, written or verbal.
- Valid Passport and the ability to travel 50% of the time
The anticipated pay range for this role is 135,000 - $330,00
