What You Will Do
1) New product concept and process review to support product design
2) Concept tooling or new tooling DFM preparation
3) Mold Quotation(including tooling cost, cavity, cycle time, process design, machine selection etc.)
4) New mold 3D&2Ddesign
5) New mold debug(FAI)
6) New mold qualification(Q-RUN)
7) Work with PE for TQCP &WI preparation
8) Work with PE for COPQ Reduction
9) Technical support for outsourcing vende
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
1. University/College Major in mechanical engineering, plastic engineering, tooling design etc.
2. At least 5 years experiences in mold design
3. Familiar with NX design software
4. Basic molding process experience
5. Basic Product design / application concept
6. Good engineering management skill to meet cost / quality / lead time requirement
7. Good English speaking and writing capability
8. Basic skill of office software.
What Will Put You Ahead
1. Familiar with the mechanical design like the special jig design, automation feeding system design for O/M.
2. Familiar with all manufacture process of connectors like stamping,plating,assembly etc.
3. Familiar with connector application.
4. Six sigma GB is preferred
