YOUR TASKS
-
Generate innovation ideas and use cases for new products or application according to market trend, new technology or customer requirements.
- Feasibility study for new concepts/ideas from technology side and market side, perform system level analysis and generate system concept. Capture and analyze requirements, new ideas/ concept and potential risks and boundaries in application, responsible for project time, cost and final deliverables.

Lead project team for SW/algorithm implementation, support SW activities in other Advanced Engineering projects.

Tracking/collecting automotive related market trend, new technology and new application, close monitor regulations/ association and industry standards/ specifications.
- Cooperate with the internal and external stakeholders – Product Center /Sales / Marketing / Business Development /
- Program management internally and Customer engineering teams/ suppliers / universities/ industry associations/
- Bachelor’s degree or above in automotive related field, computer science or Electrical Engineering
5+ years’ work experience of embedded SW development on autonomous driving/cockpit domain controller areas.
Familiar with SW architecture design, such as DDS, Kernel Communication, Chip Communication.
Experience with Linux/RTOS application development, have model-based design experience is a plus.
Familiar with mainstream SOC SDK, Such as Ti/NXP/Infineon/ is a Plus
Familiar with ARM/BSP/Framework is a plus.
Experience with Vector tools and standard electronic equipment
Open mind for innovation, capable to think in system level, good communication skills.
Self-motivated and self-learning; like new technology and new challenges. Prefer for candidate with knowledge for communication system e.g. telematics, V2X , Automotive embedded etc.
Fluent written and spoken EnglishCoordinate the innovation activities in company, develop key technical competencies and establish a strong network with internal and external engineering teams.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree or above in automotive related field, computer science or Electrical Engineering
