What will be your key responsibilities?
- 管理区域或渠道的同事履行公司对于合规的要求包括但不限于“真店、真访、真订单、真执行、真费用、真数据”

1负责辖区销售预测、制定每期销售计划确保销售目标达成
2追踪并确保所辖区域KPI的执行及落实
3关注经销商权重批发商重点零售客户定期做生意回顾和机会分析跟进各项过程指标达成
4整合各类资源人员、费用、车辆等
5提高资源使用效率明确团队成员工作职责和目标定期进行绩效回顾
6团队人员凝聚激励营造良好的团队氛围提升战斗力。
