Based at the Mandarin Oriental Wangfujing, Beijing / within the Concierge Department, the Assistant Chief Concierge is responsible for the Concierge, reports to the Chief Concierge.

As Assistant Chief Concierge you will responsible for the following duties:

Establish and maintain operation standards. Initiates new procedures to increase efficiency, productivity and maximum guest comfort and satisfaction.

- Ensure effective manning at all times to maximize productivity and business demands.

- Handle and respond to guest complaints and comments relating to the department tactfully.

- Coordinate with Chief concierge to set yearly objective, targets and program for the team and monitor its effectiveness
