Job description
Your missions
Conduct hardware verification tests on medical devices such as patient monitors and defibrillators, including EMC verification, safety verification, reliability verification, performance testing, etc.
Interpret general and specialized medical device standards as well as relevant regulations.
Based on product specifications and risk management reports, design and implement safety and EMC test plans and test cases in accordance with verification schedules and standard requirements; compile and issue verification test reports and records upon completion.
Perform reliability verification tests during R&D validation phase, including vibration tests (random vibration, helicopter vibration, sinusoidal vibration, etc.), environmental tests (high temperature & high humidity, low temperature & low humidity, etc.), shock tests and drop tests. Design and execute reliability test plans and test cases per product specifications, risk management reports, verification schedules and standards; generate corresponding test reports and records.
Establish an EMC test laboratory for hardware testing, design laboratory layout, set up EMC test equipment and site; conduct regular intermediate checks and internal quality control on test equipment according to EMC test items, and complete relevant records.
Develop test SOPs, standardize equipment operation procedures, perform routine equipment maintenance and keep usage records; standardize EMC testing methods in line with regulatory requirements to ensure authentic and valid test results.
Your profile
Bachelor’s degree or above.
At least 5 years of hardware testing experience, familiar with safety standards, EMC and reliability testing.
Familiar with regulatory requirements for medical devices.
