Job responsibilities
- Comprehensively coordinate the entire process of the company's lean production management, take the lead in establishing, improving and implementing the lean production management system, and formulate long-term lean improvement plans in combination with the company's current production situation.
- Proficient in the professional tools of Six Sigma Black Belt, taking the lead in conducting production process value stream analysis, on-site waste investigation, bottleneck process breakthrough and other work, leading lean improvement projects, achieving production efficiency and product yield improvement as well as production cost and inventory loss reduction.
- Be responsible for the implementation of lean tools such as 5S, TPM, visual management, and rapid mold change in the production site, supervise the execution of standardized operations on site, and continuously optimize the production operation process and operation norms.
- Take the lead in establishing a production data control and review mechanism, regularly analyze core indicators such as production efficiency, quality, cost, and comprehensive equipment efficiency, formulate targeted improvement plans and promote their implementation.
- Be responsible for the establishment of the lean management team and talent cultivation, carry out training on lean concepts, improvement methods and operational skills for all staff, and create a production atmosphere where all staff participate in improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams in production, quality, technology, equipment, etc., to promote special tasks such as optimizing production processes, improving quality, and increasing production capacity, ensure the efficient implementation of production plans, and solve various complex problems in the production process.
Job Requirements
- Holding a professional certification certificate of Six Sigma Black Belt (preferred)
- Proficient in the full system theory of lean production, and skilled in various lean and Six Sigma tools such as VSM value stream mapping, Kaizen improvement, and DOE experimental design.
- Have 8-15 years of practical experience as a lean production supervisor or above in the manufacturing industry, with complete experience in leading lean projects, system construction and successful implementation. Those familiar with the production processes of related manufacturing industries such as machinery, electronics and auto parts are preferred.
- Possessing extremely strong on-site management, problem diagnosis and resolution capabilities, capable of independently promoting the implementation of large-scale lean improvement projects, and having excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination, team management and project overall planning skills.
- Be familiar with the relevant norms and standards for production safety, quality control and cost management
- Possessing rigorous logical thinking, data analysis skills and efficient execution ability
- Strong sense of responsibility and stress resistance at work, capable of proactively promoting the implementation and effectiveness of various lean improvement measures.
