Job Responsibilities

Develop and secure product specifications with architects, consultants, developers, and key decision-makers for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Review and interpret tender documents, technical drawings, and project requirements to ensure alignment with product offerings.
Provide technical advice, product recommendations, and solutions that meet project specifications and regulatory standards.
Conduct CPD (Continuing Professional Development) presentations, technical workshops, and training for industry professionals.
Track and manage project pipelines, specification status, and opportunities using CRM systems and project databases.
Collaborate closely with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams to drive specification strategies and project conversion.
Ensure compliance of specified products with local and international standards (e.g., SIRIM, CIDB, ISO).
Build and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders, including professional bodies and government authorities.
Monitor competitor activities, product specifications, and market trends to identify gaps and new opportunities.
Conduct site visits and inspections to support the implementation of specified products and resolve technical challenges on-site.
