Key Responsibilities
Global Strategy & Commercial Leadership
- Develop and lead the execution of global go-to-market and growth strategies for Maximal export markets
- Deliver against targets for volume, revenue, market share, and profitability
- Identify market opportunities and implement plans to accelerate sustainable growth
Distribution & Dealer Network Development
- Expand and strengthen the global distribution network through the appointment, development, and management of high-quality dealers
- Drive performance across the dealer network to increase truck sales, aftermarket parts and service revenue, and brand presence
- Ensure consistent standards of dealer capability, customer experience, and financial performance
Business Model Innovation
- Identify, test, and implement alternative, low-cost sales and distribution models
- Drive initiatives that materially improve revenue growth, cost efficiency, and margin performance
- Explore new channel strategies and partnership models to expand market reach
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Governance
- Partner closely with HYMH global and regional functions supporting the Maximal Export business
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Marketing and the APIC Vice President, Aftermarket, to accelerate growth
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, governance frameworks, and all relevant legal and regulatory requirements

The General Manager plays a critical role in positioning Maximal as a competitive global brand by scaling export operations, strengthening distribution capability, and driving profitable growth through both traditional and innovative commercial models.
