- Manage process routing, BOM setup and update
Quality, improvement, robustness and capacity :
- Participate/ Pilot problem solving such as, RPO, 8D.
- Participate to process improvement and robustness.
- Monitor FTY and non-quality pareto
- Monitor production capacity
- Participate in risk assessment
Cost :
- Monitor and control expense according to budget
- Identify cost reduction opportunities and lead actions
- Pilot cost reduction project
Investment / Layout :
- Lead and coordinate investment projects
o Define specification and scope of the project with concerned departments
o Planning and monitoring
o Review of acceptance milestone and delivery
- Lead and coordinate machine relocation and layout project
o Measure and draw layout in AutoCAD
o Coordinate other support department activities through planning
Cross-departments interactions:
- Coordinate actions with other supporting department such as:
o Quality
o Supply chain / planning team
o Production
o Process
o Maintenance
- Coordinate external communication with:
o SAE France Design office
o SAE France Quality
o SAE France Industrial expert
o Suppliers (investment, outsourcing projects...)
Responsibilities and duties :
- Responsible for adhering to all HSE required safety procedures in performing daily work activities
