Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Medical Operation
-
Medical update, clinical projects progress, compliance matrix summary and report to support monthly medical dashboard.

Assist line manager to track and monitor department expense
-
Assist line manager to maintain and track promotional/non-promotional material review process within internal system
-
Arrange new medical staff on boarding, and organize medical staff on-the-job training.
-
Admin of Medical system(SFA…) , liaison with global team to support new features localization.
-
Track IFT KPI and analysis monthly, solve problems with global team for dashboard or system related.
-
Plan, arrange and coordinate internal/external meetings of medical affairs function
-
Full Process management of medical affairs projects, such as PO, contact, negotiation with vendors, payment, etc.

Compliance/Finance policy training to medical team

Other temporarily assigned job by line manager

BACKGROUND:

Previous experience of working within the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
EDUCATION:

Minimum: Bachelor degree, Medical, pharmacy or life-sciences degree (or equivalent) is preferred.
