Lead the deployment of AI agents and digital tools to enhance marketing efficiency, improve customer engagement, and optimize internal business processes.主导AI智能体及数字营销工具的开发与部署，提升营销效率、促进客户互动、优化内部业务流程。
Manage the development and operational growth of the WeChat Mini Program. included curating content updates, executing marketing campaigns, tracking KPIs through analytics, and iterating on user experience to enhance engagement.负责微信小程序的开发管理及运营增长工作，包括：制定并执行内容更新策略，落地营销活动方案，通过数据分析追踪KPI，以及基于用户反馈持续迭代用户体验，以提升用户参与度。
Lead the development and iterative upgrade of the customer service digitalization platform, overseeing end-to-end project coordination, execution, and closed-loop follow-up to elevate customer satisfaction and drive sustainable service business growth.主导客户服务数字化平台的搭建与迭代升级，全程统筹项目协调、执行及闭环跟进，提升客户满意度，驱动服务业务可持续增长。
Lead the development, launch, and ongoing optimization of WeChat mini-site campaigns for product launches, promotions, trade shows and events.主导活动微网站的开发、上线及持续优化，支持产品发布、促销及品牌活动。
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, service, IT, etc.) and global counterparts, as well as external vendors, to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of digital projects.与跨职能团队（营销、销售、服务、IT），全球团队及外部供应商协作，确保数字项目按时高质量交付。

These are the skills you'll need

Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.本科及以上学历，市场营销、数字营销、工商管理、信息技术、计算机科学或相关专业。
7+ years of experience in digital marketing, digital project management, platform operations, or similar roles in a B2B environment.7年以上B2B环境中的数字营销、数字项目管理、平台运营或类似岗位经验。
Fluent in English (written and spoken).英语流利（书面及口语）。
Demonstrated expertise in digital platform development and management, including website/WeChat mini-site projects, customer-facing digital tools, or service platforms.具备数字平台开发及管理的专业能力，包括网站/微网站项目、面向客户的数字工具或服务平台。
Hands-on experience with AI tools, Marketing automation solutions, or AI-driven marketing applications is highly preferred.具备AI工具、营销自动化解决方案或AI驱动营销应用的实操经验者优先。
Experience leading or supporting cross-functional digital initiatives in a multinational matrix organization.具备在跨国矩阵式组织中主导或支持跨职能数字项目的经验。
