Job Description:Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-drivenPinduoduo Distribution Channelteam leaderto lead our sales and distribution strategy on Pinduoduo (PDD) and other key online distribution channels. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing product listings, managing partnerships, and expanding our market reach. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of Pinduoduo’s ecosystem, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record in e-commerce or FMCG distribution.
Key Responsibilities:1- Platform Management:
1)Develop and execute sales strategies on Pinduoduo to maximize GMV, traffic, and conversion rates.
2)Optimize product listings, promotions, and PDD campaigns (e.g., flash sales, group buys) to enhance visibility and performance.
3)Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust tactics accordingly.
2- Distribution Channel Expansion:
1)Identify, onboard, and manage online distributors, wholesalers, and agents to broaden market coverage.
2)Negotiate contracts and terms with channel partners to ensure profitability and compliance.
3)Train and support distributors to align with brand standards and sales targets.
3- Performance Analytics:
1)Track KPIs (e.g., sales, ROI, inventory turnover) and provide regular reports to senior management.
2)Use data-driven insights to refine pricing, promotions, and inventory allocation.
4- Cross-functional Collaboration:
1)Work with marketing, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless operations and timely fulfillment.
2)Coordinate with PDD’s account managers and participate in platform meetings/events.
Qualifications:
1)Bachelor’s degree and above
2)8 years of hands-on experience managing Pinduoduo or distribution channels.
3)Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
