Qualification & Requirements
Experience:
- 3–5 years PM experience in optical transceivers or relevant; preferred: 400G/800G data communication or coherent modules.
- Proven full product life cycle experience (successful R&D-to-post-maintenance module project).
- Project experience on the products with hardware and firmware development is plus
- BOM and material delivery coordination experience.
- Cross-functional team management; conflict resolution and goal-driven.

1) Work on New Product Initiatives

- Develop project plans (milestones, resources, risk control); track progress and resolve deviations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, resolve bottlenecks and ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Manage supply chains: evaluate suppliers, monitor material delivery and control costs.
- Lead BOM maintenance with R&D/supply chain for production and cost control accuracy.
- Monitor project quality/cost/timelines; identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Refine project management processes and document learnings for future projects.
