- Partner with business leaders and act as the voice of Technology in business and global governance forums, translating strategic priorities into technology roadmaps and scalable digital solutions that drive growth.
- Lead end-to-end demand management, including requirement shaping, business case development, prioritization, and alignment with enterprise architecture and investment governance.
- Manage complex cross-functional programs and projects, ensuring delivery of agreed scope, timeline, budget, and business outcomes while ensuring architectural integrity and enterprise alignment.
- Identify, evaluate, and introduce emerging technologies such as generative AI for content production, intelligent automation, advanced analytics, and content technologies to solve business challenges and unlock new opportunities.
- Drive value adoption and benefits realization by establishing KPIs, tracking frameworks, and change management plans to ensure successful business embedding.
- Translate complex technical concepts into business language, articulate reusable technology capabilities, and define scalable solution patterns for regional deployment.
- Lead the technology enablement of digital commerce and content-driven capabilities, including Douyin operating models, content factory platforms, and consumer engagement solutions.
- Define and socialize the technical playbook, ensuring Douyin and D-commerce capabilities are designed for replication across markets.
- Build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across business, Digital & Technology, global teams, and external partners.
- Promote agile ways of working, product thinking, and continuous improvement to accelerate innovation and enhance delivery effectiveness.
