Graduates with automotive background and later at least 3-5 years’ work experience at OEMs or suppliers.
Experience with functional safety in Drive Systems.
Familiar with functional safety standards ISO 26262, and possesses multiple project experiences compliant with ISO 26262
Fluent English language skills, German language beneficial.
Familiar with automotive system architectures, safety lifecycle, and hazard analysis.
Computer skills: Microsoft Office, safety analysis software, and requirements management tools.
Analytic and systematic thinking.
Self-responsible working attitude and initiative.
Intercultural competence and communication skills with various hierarchy levels.
Willingness to travel inside China and abroad for training and testing trips.
Driver license for passenger cars, preferable with at least 3 years’ driving experience.
