The Program Manager independently plans and carries out significant projects involving complex and highly visible Data center projects to achieve stated objectives. They may be able to take on several different line items at a given time. Report to VP, Growth.
- Responsible for managing the implementation of large and complex data Center projects
- Provides overall leadership and support to project team members
- Acts as front-line contact on project related activities, issues, and risks manages the project risks and issues and escalate accordingly
- Interfaces with COU Leaders and expertise as well as customer and its supply chain Manages stakeholders’ communication
- Plans the overall project and monitors the progress; performs daily project management throughout the project life cycle
- Adheres to project governance (controls) . May have input into defining the project governance (controls)
- Manages the project’s budget and financial performance
- Coordinates the projects and their interdependencies
- Manages and utilizes resources, including outsource labs
- Aligns the deliverables (outputs) to the project’s “outcome” with the aid of the business manager and customer
- Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
- Performs other duties as directed.

Able to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, with senior stakeholder reporting and escalation experience

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business or related field
PMP preferred but not required
