We are seeking a passionate and business-savvy Product Manager to own and drive the roadmap for our core SFA (Sales Force Automation) platform. As the product lead, you will dive deep into the workflows, challenges, and goals of our sales reps, sales managers, and sales operations teams. You will be responsible for defining, designing, and delivering an intelligent, user-friendly, and effective SFA system that empowers the sales organization to improve field productivity, standardize sales processes, and accelerate revenue growth. Success in this role requires a strong blend of customer empathy, analytical thinking, cross-functional leadership, and a relentless focus on user experience and data-driven outcomes.
Key responsibilities
1.Product Strategy & Roadmapping:

Define and communicate the long-term vision, strategy, and phased roadmap for the SFA product, ensuring alignment with the company's overall sales and growth objectives.
Conduct ongoing competitive and market analysis to maintain a sharp, competitive product edge.
2. Product Discovery & Design:
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and requirement gathering to prioritization, specification, and launch.
Lead the design of product features, producing clear PRDs, user stories, wireframes, and prototypes. Core domains include but are not limited to:
Account & Contact Management
Opportunity & Pipeline Management
Call Planning, Execution, and Reporting (Core Scenario)
Task, Calendar, and Activity Management
Mobile Experience & Offline Capabilities
Dashboards & Analytics (Sales productivity, activity, and forecasting insights)
Define, monitor, and analyze key product metrics to measure success and guide iterative improvements.
3. Execution & Cross-functional Collaboration:
Serve as the primary project driver, working closely with Engineering, Design, and QA to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of product releases.
Collaborate effectively with GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success), IT, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth product launch, adoption, training, and rollout.
Manage the product development lifecycle, proactively identifying and mitigating project risks.
4. Product Lifecycle Management:
Drive post-launch activities including user training, internal communication, support, and feedback collection.
Continuously optimize the product based on user feedback and usage data to improve engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
Be accountable for the product's success, focusing on user adoption, value realization, and business impact.
About you
Essential
Experience & Skills:
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of SaaS product management experience, with at least 2 years directly owning and managing a CRM or SFA product through its full lifecycle.
Deep understanding of sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, Solution Selling) and the ability to empathize with sales personas.
Excellent product design skills with proficiency in tools like Axure, Figma, Mockplus, etc.
Strong analytical skills; proficient with data analysis tools and comfortable writing basic SQL queries to inform decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Mindset & Abilities:
Strong user empathy and business acumen, with the ability to discern underlying needs from surface-level requests.
Logical, structured, and systematic problem-solving abilities.
Results-oriented, self-starter with a proven track record of driving projects in complex environments.
High bar for product quality and user experience.
Preferred
Experience in building and scaling a SFA/CRM product from 0 to 1, achieving significant user adoption. Familiarity with AI/ML applications in sales (e.g., conversational intelligence, predictive analytics, lead scoring).
