Job Responsibilities:
1.Service Innovation and System R&D:
- Lead the R&D of full-lifecycle value services for AIDC optical interconnect module, including advanced performance degradation modeling and reliability evaluation.
- Develop technical assessment models for Front-end and Back-end semiconductor equipment (e.g., Lithography, Etching, and Advanced Packaging tools), addressing challenges in functional safety (SEMI) and electrical robustness in complex production environments.
- Establish specialized evaluation protocols for high-performance optical chips and Silicon Integrated Circuits covering extreme application scenarios such as high-temperature, high-radiation, and high-vibration environments typical of AIDC operations.
2.Technical Advisory and Risk Assessment:
- Develop sophisticated technical models to predict and analyze the energy efficiency and systemic failure risks of AIDC hardware under long-term, high-load operating conditions.
- Conduct rigorous technical due diligence and design reviews for semiconductor production lines and large-scale computing clusters to identify engineering-level systemic risks.
- Provide quantitative analysis for semiconductor equipment manufacturers and data center investors to support performance benchmarking and compliance verification of high-value, high-precision assets.
3.Standardization and Global Compliance:
- Represent the company in national and international technical committees (e.g., SEMI, IEC, IEEE) to lead or contribute to the development of standards for optical chip testing, optoelectronic integration, and semiconductor equipment safety.
- Monitor global shifts in semiconductor equipment export controls and market access policies, integrating these insights into global technical service protocols.
4.Strategic Business Enablement:
- Productize complex semiconductor engineering verification solutions into standardized consulting services for equipment vendors, foundries (Fabs), and hyperscale data center operators.
- Collaborate with the global expert network to enhance the technical export standards for semiconductor equipment, ensuring alignment with international quality and bankability requirements.
- Develop metrics that demonstrate the long-term ROI of premium technical testing and design validation over low-cost alternatives in the AIDC infrastructure market.
Job Requirements:
1.Education:
- A Master or PhD. degree in Microelectronics, Optoelectronic Information Engineering, Physics, Mechatronics, or a closely related field.
2.Technical Knowledge and Skills:
- A minimum of 2 years of core experience in semiconductor equipment manufacturing, optical chip design, or a leading semiconductor testing and certification laboratory.
- Proven expertise in optoelectronic characterization, semiconductor process simulation, or power/mechanical stability analysis of complex systems.
- Proficiency in professional software.
- Deep understanding of SEMI standards (e.g., SEMI S2/S10/E10) and the specific technical requirements for optical interconnects in AIDC environments.
3.Professional Abilities:
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) for seamless collaboration within TÜV Rheinland’s global expert network.
- Strong capability to transform complex semiconductor engineering concepts into marketable technical services.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on risk management and asset optimization.
- Outstanding communication skills to engage with high-level stakeholders, including equipment suppliers, research institutes, and institutional investors.
- A proactive mindset toward industry "High-Quality Development" and technical leadership in the semiconductor sector.
