Oversee the full lifecycle—from robust O to strategic upgrades—driving operational decision-making through high-performance data architecture and precision governance. Main Tasks& Responsibilities主要工作职责 :
1. Team Leadership& System Assurance: Lead the Application Hub team to ensure the high availability and operational excellence of both local and headquarters management systems.

2. Full-Lifecycle O: Responsible for the full-lifecycle management of systems, ranging from daily operations and maintenance (O) governance to iterative upgrades, ensuring the steady evolution of technical architecture.

3. Database Architecture& Decision Empowerment: Lead the design and optimization of high-performance database architectures and data structures; implement refined management and deep data mining to build a robust technical foundation and empower operational decision-making in complex scenarios.

4. Process Optimization& Standardization: Drive continuous improvement and standardized transformation of business operational processes to ensure technical solutions align efficiently with business growth demands.
