工作内容及要求：
岗位任务类：
1. 负责基础培训/进阶培训/营销员继续教育各项课程的授课和相关培训行政工作；
2. 负责荣誉讲师队伍的管理、选拔和培养，提升培训师的技能。
3. 负责培训评估和反馈，对评估中发现的问题及时与机构负责人和首席培训师沟通，及时进行整改以提升培训质量
4. 维护和录入培训相关信息；
5. 负责所属部门的档案管理工作；
6. 协助首席培训师完成总公司或区域的各类其他培训项目
7. 及时报告工作过程中所发现的违规事件或潜在风险，并提出纠正或改进建议；
8. 协助审计部完成审计相关工作，并根据审计报告完成整改工作；
9. 配合总公司各部门完成各类项目及工作；
10. 完成上级安排的其他工作任务。

11. 遵守监管机构制定的各项规章制度；
12. 遵守公司制定的各项规章制度；
13. 遵守公司或所在部门制定的业务操作流程；
14. 行为操守符合国家法律、公司职业操守及道德规范守则和公司合规部的相关规定；

录用条件：
知识/技能/学历
1. 大学本科及以上学历；
2. 3年以上保险从业经验；
3. 良好的时间管理能力；
4. 能在压力下工作；
5. 熟练使用Office，精通PPT和Excel；
6. 达到公司为此岗设置的工作内容要求以及考核指标；
7. 达到岗位职责描述的要求。
