职位简介：
我们诚邀具备良好的分析与解决问题的能力的专业人才加入內部監控团队。作为案件专员，您将主要负责处理中国香港强积金的投诉及查询，识别操作失误或遗漏，并提出纠正建议。本岗位要求具备流利的粤语能力，出色的沟通协调能力、问题解决能力及团队协作精神。
岗位职责：
1、协助调查及跟进有关中国香港强积金的投诉及查询；
2、识别操作失误或遗漏，并提出纠正建议；
3、识别系统缺陷，并提出系统修复及改进建议；
4、定期与计划受托人、监管机构或其他相关外部机构的日常沟通；
5、按要求编制并提交服务水平协议报告至主管及监管机构 ;
6、处理其他内部控制相关职责及临时指派的项目或任务。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，1 至 3 年内部控制、合规、风险管理或客户服务监督经验（有金融服务、香港强积金或养老金行业经验者优先）;
2、具备良好的分析与解决问题的能力，注重细节；
3、具备基本的IT系统及金融科技平台知识，能识别系统问题；
4、熟练的中英文书面及口头表达能力，能胜任跨境及多方沟通；
5、拥有出色的沟通能力，能与内部团队及外部机构进行有效沟通；
6、积极主动，具备流程优化的意识与能力。
