Duties & Requirements
Under the guidance and supervision of the Director of Events Management, Events Manager and the Events Executive provides support in coordinating the events arrangements with internal and external clients, provide secretarial and administrative support to the Event management Team.
Administrative Duties :
Handling all telephone calls
Handling various routine communications functions
Ensure sales / Delphi databases are updated on a regular basis
Support Director of Events management by providing the monthly performance review report
Coordinates Functions:
Handles guest requests independently by supplying information, contacting concerned departments to assist in guest requests and needs.
Conduct site inspection if required.
Assist with Event management ad hoc project s as assigned by Director of Events Management
管理業務:
すべての電話対応をプロフェッショナルかつ効率的に行う。
業務が円滑に進むよう、各種日常的なコミュニケーション業務を担当する。
販売データベースおよびDelphiデータベースを定期的に更新・管理する。
月次業績レビュー報告書を作成し、Director of Events Managementをサポートする
イベントコーディネーション:
ゲストからのリクエストに対し、情報提供や関連部署との調整を行い、独立して対応する。
必要に応じて現地視察(サイトインスペクション)を実施する。
Director of Events Managementから指示された臨時のイベント業務をサポートする。
応募条件:
技術・人文知識・国際業務ビザまたは日本での就労が可能なビザを保有していること。
日本語英語で商談ができること。
優れた対人スキルおよびコミュニケーション能力を有していること。
フロントオフィスまたはF&Bサービスでの1年以上の経験があること。
自主性があり、臨機応変に対応できるが、チームワークも重視できること。

BonusDetermination of the payment of bonus shall be based on the business performance of SLTY, the Shangri-La Group and individual performance of the Employee.
Transportation fareActual public transportation fare required to report at the office and to return back home shall be paid (Maximum JPY 30,000.-).
Merit Salary IncrementSalary shall be reviewed once a year based on the achievement of each Employee according the Company’s discretion.
