Job Description
职责一：安全管理
1 、按照公司有关规定，落实安全防范措施，做好防火、防盗、防爆工作；
2 、贯彻和执行工厂环境，健康，安全程序和食品安全程序；
3、 对员工进行安全教育，及时组织人员处理工作中出现的安全事故和安全隐患；
4 、定期检查油罐区及空压机房的卫生清洁工作，保证清洁、整齐；
5 、保证接卸油、精炼辅料（磷酸、液碱）及发货的顺利、有序进行；
6、监督理货员按程序执行现场操作，确保区域内的UAUC能够及时汇报及完成整改；
7、按照公司要求，对本区域内涉及到HRA的工作进行许可证申请、现场监护等；
职责二：指标管理
1 、根据已制定的各项工作指标，积极有效的执行；
2 、负责对物流理货员工作过程进行监督、检查，并及时汇报部门经理；
3 、做好与商务、精炼、小包装及品控等相关部门的沟通，确保精炼原料供应正常、小包装原料油供应；
4、做好油及副产品的质量跟踪，根据商务和品控的要求进行存放、混合及出库等；
职责三：人员管理
1、 负责罐区理货员人员的排班及日常工作安排；
2 、领导和鼓励罐区团队；
3 、做好理货员的技能培训及考核，月度、季度及年度绩效评估和沟通；
4、跟踪部门月度工作清单的执行情况；
5、组织理货员对发油房及罐区内环境及设施进行日常清理和维护；
6、制定部门年度培训计划并跟进培训及考核；
职责四：出、入库及库存管理
1 、督促、监督理货员根据程序做好装车前的车辆检查并做好相关记录；
2 、督导理货员更新收发存的台账，做好账务管理工作；
3 、定期盘库，定期向财务部等相关部门提交库存盘点数据；
4 、提供准确的库存数据、库存日报表、发货明细表等；
5、根据库存情况及时对油及精炼副产品进行倒罐、循环及清罐等工作安排；
6、定期将PCS7库存信息导出存档；
职责五：物资管理
1 、做好发货相关辅助材料（取样瓶/袋、标签、封条及过滤袋等）采购、储存及使用并做好相关台账；
2 、化学品（磷酸及液碱）卸车相关的防护用品、卸车管道等做好储存管理；
3、做好样品的存放管理，按照品控要求对于到期留样进行处理；
4、做好罐区应急物资（泵、移动软管、接头等）管理；
职责六：设备管理
1、做好区域内现场设备管理：泵、流量计、阀门、空压机、制氮机及冷干机等；
2、参加每周进行的工单会，确保部门设备问题能及时解决；
3、发现需整改的问题后及时提交工单并跟进；
职责七：认真完成上级交办的临时任务和工作
Qualifications
具有良好的设备管理能力和丰富的油罐区管理和物流管理经验
具有成本控制管理能力
具有良好的组织管理、调度协调及人际沟通能力;
具有物流管理、仓储管理的相关知识；
熟悉油品保管的相关知识以及油罐计量等操作；
了解豆油特性，熟悉存储条件；
熟悉油罐区的收发货操作，熟知相关设备操作；
具备一定的罐区管理能力，具备带领好团队的能力；
具有较高的安全意识，落实安全防范措施等工作；
具有良好的分析问题和解决问题的能力及沟通和协作能力；
具有强烈的责任心和积极主动的工作态度；
