MISSION:
Dedicated on designing and deliver quality assured feature software for automated driving system, which interact with base software components. Meanwhile, other activities shall also be carried out during development, incl. documentation, analysis, V&V test plan, test cases, test setup, etc.

POSITION RESPONSIBLITY:
1、Responsible for the development and optimization of SLAM algorithms based on vision or multi-sensor fusion to achieve high-precision real-time positioning and mapping.
负责基于视觉或多传感器融合的SLAM算法开发与优化，实现高精度的实时定位与建图。
2、Design and implement autonomous navigation algorithms (path planning, obstacle avoidance, motion control, etc.) for unmanned systems, integrating SLAM results to accomplish robust navigation in dynamic environments.
设计并实现无人系统的自主导航算法（路径规划、避障、运动控制等），结合SLAM结果完成动态环境下的鲁棒导航。
3、Optimize algorithm performance (speed, accuracy, robustness) and solve complex scenario problems in real-world applications.
优化算法性能（速度、精度、 鲁棒性），解决实际场景中的复杂场景问题。
4、Deploy algorithms on embedded platforms (ROS2, ARM), handling hardware adaptation and performance tuning.
部署算法到嵌入式平台（ROS2、ARM）完成硬件适配到性能调优。
5、Support the writing and definition of functional test cases and performance requirements, and assist in validation.

6、Support application-layer software integration, quality review, and software release.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
1、Engineering bachelor or above.
理工科学士及以上学位
2、3 years or above sensor fusion development working experience.
3年以上传感器融合开发经历
3、Fluent English and good communication skill.
英语口语熟练交流
4、Familiar with the principles and characteristics of sensors such as cameras and radars, and participate in sensor calibration, multi-sensor (IMU, radar, vision, etc.) time synchronization, and data fusion.
熟悉摄像头、雷达等传感器原理和特性，参与传感器标定、多传感器（IMU、雷达、视觉等）时间同步与数据融合。
5、Familiar with SLAM and navigation planning algorithm applications.
熟悉SLAM，导航规划相关算法应用。
6、Solid programing skill with C++, one additional language is a plus, e.g. Python.
熟练掌握C++及至少一门其他编程语言
7、Capability of using data acquisition and simulation toolchains and equipment to validate algorithm functionality at various levels.
熟练使用数采及仿真工具链和设备对算法功能进行各层级验证
8、Experience with ROS/ROS2 or other robotics middleware for rapid prototyping, or simulation toolchain preferred.

9、Experience in sensor firmware interface and low-level driver integration is a plus.
