主要职责
1. 参与新产品上市品牌策略指定
- 基于中国内外部市场洞察政策患者医学专业人士竞品etc.参与指定整合品牌策略IBP以及整合品牌策略落地计划IBP landing
2. 推动和领导新产品上市准备主要成功关键举措加速品牌最大化产品在中国商业化机会LRR
3. 关键客户管理及洞察Insight Engagement
- 深入理解不同层级医院及科室在血脂管理中的不同需求与痛点将洞察转化为可执行策略。
- 建立并强化与关键专家KOL、指南委员会成员、学会平台的合作。
- 推动跨团队合作Sales、Medical 、CE、BE等共同打造品牌价值
- 持续跟进品牌关键指标业务达成、增长、份额、客户观念等与年度策略保持一致推动业务增长与资源优化。
- 根据销售数据、竞争情报CI、客户观念等工具不断优化品牌策略。
任职要求
教育背景
- 本科及以上学历医学、药学、生命科学、公共卫生或商业相关专业优先。
要求
- 3 年以上医药行业慢病中央市场部产品管理经验慢病领域既往经验优先
- 有丰富品牌策略制定既往经验
- 有增长期品牌管理、参与竞争格局激烈产品的差异化打造经验者优先
- HCP 教育策略推广活动设计
- 优秀的跨团队协作与影响力
软技能要求
- 自驱力强具备高度责任心与韧性。
- 逻辑清晰、沟通表达专业有力。
- 优秀的项目管理与多任务并行能力。
- 高度合规意识。
