Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Lead the forecasting, budgeting processes for region IMB, ensuring alignment with targets.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Consolidate IMB-level financials and provide performance analysis across segments, KPIs, and reporting structures.
- Management Reporting & Performance Monitoring Prepare monthly management reports, including revenue, margin, order intake, cost, cash flow, and variance analysis.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of financial statements across multiple entities and cost centers, including adjustments between Group reporting (HBII) and Local GAAP (HBI).
- Cost Controlling & Compliance, monitor operating cost structures, support cost center controlling, and validate allocations for supporting functions.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial policies, and internal control requirements, including: Inventory valuation adjustments Accruals and provisions Intercompany charges & reconciliation Cash Flow & Liquidity Management, support liquidity planning processes, including bottom up cash flow reporting, validation of cash in/out logic, and interfacing with related teams for forecasting improvements.
- Business Partnering Act as a strategic finance partner to business, sales, project management and operations teams, providing financial insights to support decision-making.
- Provide financial assessment of project performance, risk identification, and commercial implications. Digitalization & Process Optimization Participate in financial digitalization initiatives (BI dashboards, automated reporting, data integration).
- Contribute to automation and workflow optimization to improve reporting efficiency and quality.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, Business Finance, or Commercial Project Controlling; experience in multinational or industrial companies preferred.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles (Local GAAP, IFRS), group reporting rules, and financial compliance topics including Transfer Pricing.
- Strong command of financial systems: SAP, BI tools (Power BI/EPM+), and Microsoft Office (Excel, data analysis).
- Experience with data validation, consolidation processes, reporting automation, and cross system data flows.
- Proficient English communication in both written and oral forms (required for documentation, reporting, and cross regional alignment).
- Strong analytical and problem solving capability, able to interpret complex financial data and derive meaningful insights.
- High accuracy, attention to detail, and responsibility for financial integrity.
- Effective cross-functional communication and stakeholder management across business, functions and regions.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced business environment.
- Continuous improvement mindset with openness to digitalization and automation.
