Solution Design & Implementation: Based on Dassault's global best practices, conduct in-depth research into customer needs to lead the design and implementation of MBSE solutions based on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform and CATIA Systems Engineering; drive customers' digital R&D transformation from traditional document-driven approaches to model-based methodologies.

Technical Bridge & Ecosystem Synergy: Serve as the team's MBSE technical liaison to establish efficient communication mechanisms with brand and R&D teams, empowering and enhancing the department's overall technical delivery capabilities.

Business Development Support: Collaborate with Service Business Development Managers to explore and convert system engineering-related consulting and implementation business through technical exchanges, pre-sales pitching, and Proof of Concept (POC) activities.

Master’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, or related fields.

6-8 years of working experience with extensive consulting and project implementation background in systems engineering, architecture design, and requirements management.

Solid theoretical foundation in systems engineering, with proficiency in mainstream MBSE methodologies (e.g., MagicGrid, OOSEM, Harmony-SE, Arcadia, etc.).

Proficient in SysML/UML modeling languages and skilled in applying Dassault's CATIA Systems Engineering solutions.

Excellent cross-departmental communication skills, project management capabilities, and strong English listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities.
