This position reports to:

Sales Manager

核心职责
1、客户战略规划的制订和落地

支持本地产品组销售经理以制定COG行业大客户和重点行业设计院的客户画像。
与本地产品组产品市场部深度配合，协助本地产品组销售经理通过可定义的战略规划路径

以进一步推送价值主张，与客户的需求进行有效匹配。

配合并支持COG大客户商业谈判，促进战略合作协议的签订并跟踪执行效果。

2、COG行业大客户需求洞察与方案设计

深度调研客户业务痛点，整合公司产品/服务资源，输出定制化解决方案。
协同产品专家团队（Product Specialist）与技术支持部门（Technical Support）

推动客户定制化需求落地。
3、关系维护与价值提升

配合大客户经理建立和客户的高层对话机制，定期输出客户健康度分析报告。
策划客户体验升级项目，提升客户忠诚度与品牌黏性。

4、跨部门协同

牵头销售、运营、财务等部门建立客户响应快速通道，确保服务时效性。
牵头组织跨业务单元（如：Smart Building/Smart Power, LV System和Process Automation等）的大客户服务团队，为大客户创造协同增效的价值。

一、资质要求
1. 学历与专业

优先电气工程、自动化、机械电子、能源动力等理工科专业。

2. 行业经验

要求5年以上经验，熟悉中压开关柜（12~40.5kV）产品及应用场景.
熟悉石化行业

二、核心技术能力
1. 产品技术理解力

精通中压开关柜核心技术参数,熟悉主流设备厂商产品选型及对比。

2. 客户开发与高层维系

具备配合大客户经理开发战略COG客户的能力，维护客户决策层关系。
需主导客户技术交流会、产品演示及投标策略。

3. 沟通协调能力

和客户沟通，和销售和工厂相关部门协调的能力。
