Job Responsibilities:

Manage and work with Sales team to lead agency team to execute end-to-end KOL cooperation, from identification and outreach to content collaboration and performance tracking;

Implement and support KOL activities on site for big events, ensuring accuracy and completeness;

Manage KOL Commission and Media budget;

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, brand, and sales teams to align KOL strategies with overall business objectives;

Monitor and analyze competitor KOL activities to identify opportunities and adapt strategies.
Job Qualifications:
-
1-3 Years of Proven experience in DY KOL/Livestream business, including but not excluding to KOL BD, KOL operation, DY store livestream, etc.;

Demonstrated abilities in Data collecting and budget management, preferably with solid Excel operation skills;

Demonstrated basic business analysis & planning skills;

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with KOLs and internal stakeholders;

Fluency writing and good communication skill in Mandarin and English is required.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
