Technician, Engineer, Maintenance
- Responsible for the provision of building facility services,
- Typically through contract management
- Health & safety, electrical, engineering, public utilities, services.
- Daily patrol and check all related equipment & hardware under good operation conditions
- Close hotline tickets on time
- General basic repair & maintenance
- Training and monitor vendor followed EHS standards
- Identify risks & safety issue
- Monitors and manages the performance of all parties providing a service to the building(s).
- An electronic certificated preferred if available
