We are Hiring Passionate International English Teachers for Our Beijing Kindergartens!
We are part of a growing network of high-quality early childhood education g roup in Beijing’s Chaoyang District, including Montessori Kindergarten, IB Kindergarten, and a daycare center.
We provide nurturing, bilingual learning environments for children aged 0–6 using Montessori and IB-inspired approaches.
We are currently seeking dedicated native English-speaking teachers to join our team for the upcoming semester.
Available Positions:
1. English Oral/Speaking Teacher
Locations: chaoyang district of beijing
Teach English oral classes across multiple classes (mainly K2–K3, ~100–200 children)
Conduct engaging language activities in English-only classrooms
Participate in parent-child events, extracurricular classes, and occasional weekend recruitment activities
2. English Lead/Home Room Teacher (Main Class Teacher)
Locations: chaoyang district of beijing
Full responsibility for English immersion classes (including daily routines, meals, outdoor play, safety, and parent communication)
Lead and manage a small team of teaching assistants
Design and deliver engaging curriculum, organize student showcases and year-end English Drama performances
Particularly seeking experienced teachers for 2–3 year olds (IC class) at our daycare center
Requirements (All Positions):
Native English speaker with clear, standard pronunciation
Relevant experience teaching young children (kindergarten/early years preferred)
Warm, energetic, patient, and skilled at engaging young learners
Team player who is flexible and happy to participate in school events
For Lead Teacher roles: previous experience as a class teacher and team management is highly valued
Valid work visa: Z (Work) visa in the Education category, or a Chinese Permanent Residence (Green Card) is required
Compensation:
Tax-pre tax salary up to 30,000 RMB/month (depending on position and experience) and other benefits
