Treasury Supervisor
Key areas of responsibility:
- Responsible for cash management operations & optimization (daily liquidity, cash flow, funding, cash investments, payments, management of bank accounts and bank relationships)
- Optimize bank account structure, implement global cash pooling, and maximize efficiency.
- Foreign exchange risk management. (FX hedging)
- Contribute to ad hoc projects, financial analyses and other Treasury activities, such as debt financing, employee share purchase plan, bank guarantee, dividend repatriation.
- Leverage TMS and ERP platforms to streamline operations. (Kyriba, FIS Quantum, Microsoft D365, etc..)
- Partner with various internal teams on these activities, including Controllers, Tax, Legal, Product Management and Risk Management.
- Maintain a strong internal control environment, ensuring compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage treasury reporting (Monitor, forecast and report cash flows, liquidity, regulatory requirements, etc..)
- Constant engagement / involvement on Continuous Improvement activities / projects.
- Effectively manage and be accountable for regular weekly, monthly and quarterly deliverables.
Who Are We Looking For?
The successful candidate should have:
Min 3 - 5 years of working experience in treasury, audit, commercial accounting or shared services accounting is required
Experience in handling Treasury operational activities is a must.
Must be fluent communication in English, both verbal and written.
Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration
Demonstrable problem-solving, quantitative and analytical skills, with exceptional attention to detail and rigor
Strong stakeholder management, people management and interpersonal skills
Conversant in Oracle and Google Suite is a preferred but experience with other ERPs may be considered
