Job Overview
The Test Engineer is responsible for test work of switching mode power supply to support project to meet targeted product quality, time to market and cost.
This position reports to the Shanghai R&D Department Lead and will be located in Shanghai.
Responsibilities
- Test work for switching mode power supply such as components stress, power derating, output voltage ripple, load dynamic, short circuit, OVP, OCP, Ecap life, PF, THD, surge, EMC, thermal and all kinds of performance and white box test.

Be familiar with hardware and software to test all types of power supply and controller products.

Test and analyze product failures.

Use digital and analog circuit skills to design test fixtures and platforms.

Use computer application skills to write test software code, debug, and deploy.

Sum up test experience and improve test ability continuously.

Basic Qualifications
- BS/MS degree
-
Programming C/C++ and Visual Basic preferred.

At least 1 year experience in Test Engineering

Knowledge of GPIB instrumentation, National Instruments Labview/CVI.

General knowledge of burn-in facilities and techniques.

General knowledge of hipot testing.

Knowledge of Power Electronics

Knowledge of Telecom Power industry standard, Safety Compliance, and EMC.

Excellent oral and written communication skills (both English and Mandarin)
