To support this growth and build a structured organization for the business, QSR team would expand so as to set a refine work on top customers to drive better product portfolio from core to innovations beyond current business.
This role will drive increased sales of McCain products in QSR Key Accounts through superior and holistic account management practices. Work with internal cross functional teams (including Marketing, Integrated Supply Chain, Agronomy, Finance team, etc) and customers to identify opportunities, execute RFP and action plans & deliver key results.
- P&L responsibilities for dedicated customer's business, familiar with the operation of McD's and other QSR customers.

Maintain and further enhance strategic partnerships with key customers that will broaden and deepen the cooperation and lead the business growth with the customers. Develop a strong influence and contact matrix network within the customers.

Work as a leader across internal cross teams and customers in quality, digitalization, category development, sustainability and supply chain initiatives.

Annual contract renew. Ensure and enlarge share for core business.

New product innovations to broaden mix and enlarge customers’ menu based on consumer insight and market trend.

Negotiate the terms of agreement and closing sales with QSR of French Fries, Appetizers, Specialties and etc.

Coordinate with customers and monitor monthly sales and forecast. Plan and coordinate to execute product launch.

Plan and coordinate all marketing, in-store advertising and promotional support and activities to support the needs to drive sales, with the support from category team.
To effectively perform in this job the position holder must have:

Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or equivalent. MBA is preferred.

5+ years of KA management experience, B2B is preferred.

Knowledgeable in the foodservice industry, B2B marketing and distribution management.
