- Test and evaluate equipment performance at customer plant, based on technical, contractual and safety specifications

Properly handle, check and transfer equipment non-conformities

Prepare Job Progress Chart and technical reports in reference to carried-out activities

Ensure ultimate internal and external customer satisfaction

Perform activities in line with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Sidel coordination plan rules and customer rules

Report after sales opportunities detected on Customer site

Coach junior colleagues on the on-site behaviour, technical activities, troubleshooting and reporting deliverables

Report to the ISM for team site activities
for Global product support FSEs Level 2 & 3 -
Support Global Product Training in the creation, update and revision of technical questionnaires related to FSE

Qualification Program
-
Act as "Assessor" of the FSE/s subject to qualification program during the practical assessment module, mainly
at the customer site, releasing the relevant evaluation report on time/in full.
- 3 years experience in field activities

Experience in the beverage industry

Consolidated technical background such as Mechanical, Automation, Electrical or Process

Knowledge of Sidel Portfolio is a plus

Aseptic knowledge is a plus
-
Able to travel (up to 90% in international environment)
