We’re looking for a highly motivated Sr. Product Manager to join our growing Automotive business and the team. This individual will possess a creative mind backed by technical chops to lead our flagship product.
Job Responsibility:

Identify unmet user needs for in-car navigation and beyond

Build business cases and convince internal stakeholders to address key use cases.

Define the product vision and roadmap, balancing innovation with feasibility for Chinese and overseas markets.

Create detailed solution requirements and collaborate with Engineering, UX, Business Development (BD), and Marketing to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Conduct constant product benchmarks and research to stay ahead of market trends and competition.

Serve as the expert on connected car trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies (e.g., ADAS, autonomous driving integration).

Develop marketing strategies to position Telematics & Auto products effectively in China and global markets.

Drive cross-functional consensus among diverse teams (engineering, UX, BD) to ensure alignment with OEM and end-user needs.

Lead customer-facing activities with BD team, including requirement gathering, and post-launch support.
Requirements:

A BS in engineering relevant background or equivalent practical background.

6+ years in the automotive industry, with proven experience managing automotive products.

Must have experience in managing customer facing activities.

Track record of successful product deliveries from concept to launch, preferably in navigation, telematics, or connected car services.

Strong verbal/written English communication skills.

Data-driven product management approach, with expertise in translating user insights into actionable roadmaps.

Passion for automotive innovation and desire to shape the industry through cutting-edge solutions.

Eye for design and user experience, with a focus on delivering seamless in-car interactions.

Proven ability to influence cross-functionally, driving alignment across engineering, design, and BD teams.

Experience working with global OEMs and navigating complex stakeholder environments.

Familiarity with automotive regulations and compliance (e.g., data privacy, safety standards).

Candidates from AutoNavi, Baidu, Neusoft, PetalMaps, or similar companies with automotive navigation/telematics experience will be preferred.
