What You Will Do

CSR understanding related with supplier and monitor CSR execute at supplier site for new projects.
- Early involvement for component PDP process to ensure the project safe launch.
- Responsible for new component FAIR submission and PPAP approval.
- Work with CFT to deal with ECN related to supplier.
- Follow up quality issue solving which occur at incoming inspection and internal production line and customer, release supplier QN and follow up 8D timing and effectiveness verification.
- Monitor supplier quality performance and assist supplier to do system continuous improvement.
- Supplier process audit and special process audit for new projects, assist supplier to improve quality system and process control.
- Follow company IATF16949/ISO14001/ISO45001 procedure and support internal quality system and process audit.
- Involve in new supplier or new process development.
- Prepare IQIP for new projects and train QC inspector.
- Share knowledge to team to support deal with the serious quality problem.
- Share lesson learn to team.
- Special projects as requested.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 5 years working experience with supplier quality management, automotive industry preferred.
- Good Chinese and English communication skills, both written and oral, negotiation skills, organizational skills.
- Strong Trouble shooting skill, good product and process control knowledge.
- Familiar with IATF16949/VDA6.3/VDA6.5, VDA6.3 auditor preferred.
- Familiar with APQP\PPAP\FMEA\CP\MSA quality tools.
- Have good understanding with measurement method, have G&D knowledge.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and high sense of responsibility.
- Willing to sharing knowledge to team
- Good PC skills.
