Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in REST Web Services Core Java and PL/SQL along with a strong background in Finance and Accounting. This role requires working from the office during day shifts with no travel required. The Technical Lead will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our financial systems ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain robust REST Web Services to support our financial applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Core Java solutions that enhance system functionality.
Utilize PL/SQL to manage and optimize database operations ensuring data integrity and performance.
Analyze financial and accounting requirements to develop technical solutions that meet business needs.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Ensure all developed solutions adhere to industry best practices and company standards.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of all technical processes and solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our systems.
Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality technical solutions that drive business growth.

Qualifications
Possess strong expertise in REST Web Services enabling seamless integration and communication between systems.
Demonstrate proficiency in Core Java allowing for the development of efficient and scalable applications.
Have extensive experience with PL/SQL ensuring effective database management and optimization.
Exhibit a deep understanding of Finance and Accounting domains facilitating the creation of relevant technical solutions.
Show a proven track record of delivering successful projects within the specified timelines.
Display excellent problem-solving skills enabling quick and effective resolution of technical challenges.
Possess strong communication skills allowing for clear and concise interaction with team members and stakeholders.

Oracle Certified Professional Java SE Programmer Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Associate
