Location (Hybrid, permanent/full-time): Ningbo

What are your main tasks you can expect?

与采购部和核心团队合作，通过定期评估、技术审查、运行率和审计、计划会议、APQP /VDA 工具以及供应商和工厂访问，选择和发展供应商;
使用 VDA 6.3 从技术角度评估新供应商，并提出采购建议;
为新供应商或现有供应商创建并执行供应商发展计划，使其达到下一个运营绩效水平;
为 SQA 职能部门提供全面支持，利用产品和流程审核工具提高供应商绩效和响应质量;
与跨职能团队一起，通过基于项目跟踪、风险分析、及时沟通、领导或在工作组内工作，创建主计划和关键绩效指标，按时执行供应商项目管理;
为指定商品领导跨职能团队的技术工作，具有丰富的知识经验，包括但不限于评估新供应商和现有供应商的工艺诀窍、技术研讨会和解决供应商的问题;
领导热点供应商/问题的准备工作，包括升级建议和行动跟踪。

What qualifications do you bring with you?

工程或技术领域的学士学位，具有技术背景;
5 年以上汽车行业 SDE/高级 SQE 和/或质量方面的专业经验，精通质量标准/工具，如 IATF16949、VDA6.3、APQP、PPAP、FMEA、SPC、MSA 和 8D 问题解决技术;
通过可行性研究和 APQP，在供应商就绪流程范围内对供应商的制造工艺诀窍进行评估。就 SDE 而言，他/她还能够开发工具以改进供应商流程、领导和启动技术研讨会;
就 SDE 而言，他/她还能够开发工具以改进供应商的流程，领导并启动技术研讨会，以筛选供应商的技术和制造实践;
出色的个人技能和人际交往技能，如主动沟通、演讲、优先级管理、团队合作、综合思维、高度灵活性和较强的独立性;
流利的英语口语和书面表达能力，满足全球沟通需求。
