Advanced graduate degree (e.g., MBA, PhD) or equivalent relevant work experience
6+ years of highly relevant experience in the automotive industry (e.g., assembly, Auto OEMs); background in product management, procurement, manufacturing, supply chain, or internationalization strongly preferred
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to independently initiate tasks and drive them through to completion
Demonstrated ability to make sound, data-driven decisions based on facts and logical reasoning
Proven capability to produce high-quality, work-product–focused outputs, including PowerPoint presentations, Excel models, written reports, or articles
Excellent time management skills, enabling delivery in a complex, fast-paced, and largely autonomous environment
Flexibility to work or attend meetings outside traditional business hours and handle projects with limited or no notice when required
Willingness and ability to travel and work in diverse, potentially challenging environments (e.g., factories, hospitals, mines)
Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, with the ability to adapt communication style across seniority levels and perspectives
