职位简介：
我们诚邀细心负责的文职人员加入团队，主要负责中国香港强积金业务相关的文书处理及数据支持工作。本岗位要求具备良好的职业操守，能够谨慎处理敏感信息，工作勤勉尽责，协助团队确保强积金业务流程的准确性和时效性。
工作职责：
1.负责日常文书处理工作，包括数据录入、档案管理及文件整理;
2.严格按照规范处理机密及敏感信息，确保资料安全;
3.协助处理强积金业务操作指令，确保流程准确、及时完成;
4.按时完成主管交办的其他相关工作。
任职要求：
1.大专或本科及以上学历;
2.熟练使用MS Office办公软件, 具备中英文打字能力;
3.工作细致认真，能同时处理多项任务并确保准确性;
4.具备高度责任感，能按时完成时效性要求高的工作；
5.适应能力强，能灵活应对工作需求变化；
6.处理敏感信息时保持专业判断力，严守保密原则。
