熟悉灯具的相关国家标准，行业标准，熟悉基本的光学，结构，热学等

有汽车前大灯，信号灯电子相关设计开发经验。

熟悉汽车行业电子料，并能够选择性价比高的物料设计性价比高的产品。

熟悉主机厂车灯开发流程，熟悉Tier1车灯开发流程，有主流Tier1和主机厂工作经验优先。

熟悉车灯后装市场技术要求。
