Job Description
**Key Responsibilities:**

Develop and execute annual procurement strategy aligned with company growth objectives, optimizing cost, delivery timelines, and quality standards across major purchasing initiatives

Manage strategic supplier and brand partner relationships, including evaluation, negotiation, and performance monitoring to ensure supply chain stability and compliance

Lead commercial negotiations for significant contracts, analyzing market trends and commodity pricing to achieve annual cost reduction targets and mitigate supply risks

Design and implement pre-investment management framework, including budget allocation, performance tracking, and risk mitigation to maximize return on investment

Establish procurement policies, processes, and risk control mechanisms to enhance operational efficiency and regulatory compliance

Collaborate cross-functionally with production, R&D, marketing, finance, and legal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of procurement requirements and early-stage product development support

Build and develop high-performing procurement team through training, performance evaluation, and talent pipeline development
Qualifications
**Required Qualifications:**

Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, or related field

8+ years of procurement experience, including at least 3 years in a procurement management or equivalent leadership role

Proven expertise in supplier and brand partner management, commercial negotiations, and contract administration

Strong analytical and cost breakdown capabilities with demonstrated success in achieving cost reduction targets

Fluent English proficiency (written and verbal) for use in contracts, international communications, and business negotiations

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex, strategic procurement projects

Strong integrity, resilience, and strategic problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset
