岗位职责:
参与贸易和非贸易合同起草、审核;

参与诉讼、仲裁等争议解决;

参与贸易制裁、反贿赂和反腐败、反洗钱以及衍生品监管合规等合规事务;

参与并购、合资、股权处置等商业项目;

参与公司章程、决议、纪要、变更注册等公司法律事务;

对接全球法律、合规团队,并负责向集团、国资委等起草各类汇报、报告等;

开展法律研究并在全球法律会议上汇报。

任职资格:
硕士研究生及以上学历。本科即在国外接受法学教育者,需JD或JSD等学位

已取得法律职业资格(或已通过境外bar考试)

口头及书面表达能力强,思维严谨,逻辑清晰,善于抓住问题本质;

能以英语作为日常工作沟通语言,口语、书面表达均良好,二外为西班牙语、葡萄牙语或俄语者优先。
