About the Role
The Senior Manager – AI, Cloud Migration & Governance is responsible for defining, implementing, and enforcing enterprise‑level governance frameworks for AI, cloud platforms, and analytics solutions. With a strong focus on Microsoft Azure, Alibaba Cloud, and Power BI, this role provides advisory to ensure cloud and AI initiatives are secure, compliant, cost‑effective, and aligned with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements.

Lead the definition, implementation, and continuous improvement of AI, cloud, and analytics governance frameworks across Azure and Alibaba Cloud

Establish and enforce enterprise‑wide policies, standards, and controls covering security, compliance, data privacy, cost management, and risk

Provide governance oversight for cloud migration initiatives, ensuring adherence to approved standards, security baselines, and regulatory requirements

Govern the deployment and operation of AI solutions, ensuring responsible AI practices, model oversight, and policy compliance

Oversee and govern the development and usage of Power BI dashboards, including KPI definitions, data standards, access controls, and reporting consistency

Define governance standards for data models, semantic layers, Power BI workspaces, and lifecycle management

Partner with senior IT, security, data, and business leaders to embed governance controls into delivery and operational processes

Monitor compliance with cloud and analytics policies, driving corrective actions and continuous improvement

Provide executive‑level reporting on governance posture, risks, and control effectiveness

Lead and support audits, regulatory assessments, and internal reviews related to cloud, data, and AI platforms
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)

Minimum 10 years of experience in technology roles, with deep expertise in cloud, AI, or data governance

Demonstrated experience leading enterprise‑scale governance frameworks

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Alibaba Cloud (AliCloud)

Required hands‑on experience with Power BI dashboard development, including data modeling, DAX, performance optimization, and governance considerations

Proven experience governing cloud migration, enterprise analytics, or AI initiatives at scale

Strong understanding of security, compliance, and regulatory requirements affecting cloud and data platforms
