JOB DESCRIPTION: CHINA SOURCING MANAGER
- Location: Haizhu District, Guangzhou, China (On-site)
- Report to: Director / Business Owner (Vietnam-based)
- Key Partner: Vietnam Purchasing Team
- Language: Fluent English & Native Mandarin
JOB OVERVIEW
Based in Guangzhou, you will act as our local expert, working closely with the Vietnam Purchasing Team to source suppliers, negotiate costs, and manage quality control.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sourcing: Find, audit, and onboard high-quality factories in China based on requests from the Vietnam team.
- Negotiation: Negotiate prices, MOQs, payment terms, and lead times to optimize purchasing costs.
- Collaboration: Partner daily with the Vietnam Purchasing Team to update production status, resolve issues, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Quality Control: Coordinate factory inspections and handle product defects or shipping delays directly with suppliers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years in Sourcing/Procurement in China in garment/ textile/apparel
- Fluent in English and Native Mandarin.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and cross-cultural communication.
- Must be able to work daily in Haizhu District, Guangzhou.
