Leadership & Strategy
- Support Regional Account Director, Regional Finance Lead, onsite FM leads & functional teams on financial decisions and risk management
- Oversee finance operations of China and Japan.
- Lead and manage a team of finance analysts.
Financial Planning & Analysis (Client and corporate JLL)
- Prepare annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for client and JLL
- Track spending against budget and analyze variances by Working with Operation department to ensure the budget control
- Deliver monthly and quarterly reports to client
- Support client facilities space & cost allocation
- Support the client’s fin team to complete monthly, quarterly and annual reports as required
Project management & support
- Act as the finance controller for all ongoing projects by creating and maintaining cost tracking of each project
- Prepare cashflow and buy vs lease analysis or scenario analysis as required by business
- Handle asset capitalization and depreciation
Operations & control
- Approve JLL invoices and team expense claims
- Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely payment collection
- Ensure monthly transactions are completed timely and accurately
- Work with Regional Finance Lead to maintain guidelines and manuals associated with the client finance processes
- Provide finance training to new operations staff
Leadership & Communication
- Strong cross-functional communication skills, including effective collaboration with internal client stakeholders, JLL leadership across functions and geographies, and Site Leaders from diverse projects nationwide — ensuring alignment, transparency, and seamless execution.
- Deep business acumen, with a thorough understanding of operational drivers and commercial context; coupled with proven capability and proactive mindset in end-to-end cost management and financial stewardship.
- Leadership and development of the finance team, including performance management, capability building, and targeted training — ensuring consistently high standards of work quality, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across the China finance function.
- Fluent English proficiency, with strong command of written and spoken English for clear, concise, and persuasive communication in complex, multi-stakeholder environments (including reading, writing, listening, and presentation).
